From the Outside ( L7's Mansion. )

There was a raging stormcloud in his head, one that pounded heavily along his temples and flashed painful light behind his eyelids. Every twist of the neck sent a new spasm up and down. It was cloudy with a chance of hemmoraging, and at once the angel felt sick again, but there was nothing left for him to actually expel from his worn body. Sour taste caked his mouth, but moreso there was a dryness of a thirst that had not been quenched in days. Benjamin wanted to sleep, so very much so--and it was one of the few times he very well could have layed himself down and fallen into slumber right away...but he couldn't afford to do so, not in his position. Still was he unaware to his present location, but he was under the full impression that it wasn't somewhere he belonged. Moreso was there this detestable sensation...it sent a terrible shiver up his spine as chills broke out over his skin in waves. His heart was pounding violently in his chest, so loud that he was worried that it could be heard (he simply knew the house wasn't empty), and for some reason there was no other explanation than to believe that something was wrong with the place he had found himself entrapped in.
As he progressed along a new corridor, he found little shadows swimming behind his eyelids. There was a lightheadedness building as though he were fixing to pass out, yet he felt no more weaker than he had at the beginning of his morbid journey. Again there was a desire to stop, at least long enough for his head to clear. Where was he again? He swept his gaze back behind him in attempt to pinpoint any sort of direction. A huff of frustration died in Benjamin's throat at the realization that he was a rat trapped in a distorted maze. If he had stayed in one area at least he wouldn't have gotten lost...then again, he probably would have been found far sooner, and why he was so worried about being found was again lost to him.
It was as if Benjamin knew deep in his bones the maliciousness of the house and its occupants, a warning sensation that came as instinct just as quickly as it was engrained to breathe and think. At the moment that seemed to be his problem--it hurt too much to think, therefore his decisions were turning out to be poor ones. It wasn't an environment or condition at his advantage, in fact, he was the sitting duck under the hunter's gun. Shadows danced around him, playing upon the hallway walls and doorframes as if to taunt him. It was at points like this where his own imagination turned out to be an enemy as well. He could almost imagine the laughter and whispers in his ear. One shoulder brushed harshly against the sidewall as he leaned against it, closing his eyes and pinching the bridge of his nose between thumb and index finger. He couldn't concentrate like this.
An objective, at least one came to his mind quickly enough. The intent was finding a new way out, yes, but he couldn't do it alone. There were tools necessary to each plan, wasn't there? Now all he had to do was just find...find something...whatever it was that his mind was screaming for yet was completely clueless to. Some help that was, to look for something he couldn't recognize. With a soft sigh he reluctantly opened his eyes, not willing to face sight again that would more than likely set his head ablaze with pain. A moment's delay was all he would allow, and soon enough Benjamin found himself staggering off, keeping a whole hearted attempt to have attention at every level, for both fellow oxygen wasters and that treasure lurking in his mind.

"It's easy to get lost in this place, isn't it?"
The voice wasn't threatening. However, it wasn't amicable either; as it very well shouldn't have been. The holder wasn't impressive nor terrifying in presence like many others in this place, but he wasn't one to be overlooked. The angel shouldn't have been in this place. It was dangerous. The sin child had seen what happened to angels here. Maybe it was just the few.. Hell if he knew. "You must have been walking in circles for hours.. still are.. Sucks, doesn't it? Not knowing where you're supposed to be going." He trailed past Benjamin, watching him on the way towards the opposite end of the hall. He was bored, himself. The moment's interest in the unfamiliar 'guest' was but a passing amusement for now. "Things aren't safe here for people like you on your own. I suggest you find a way out, and quick." He said, head turning slightly once he made it a ways ahead of the angel. The smirk that followed the words suggested he was very much aware that the other male had likely been trying already, and probably for some time now.
Onyx and Jade shifted back ahead of the child, fingers trailing over the wall next to him. "Have fun." He added, beguilement still present in his voice. He wondered how Benjamin had gotten there, but the answer to that question likely wasn't going to be given to him. He was fine with that. It wasn't important. Just that he was there. How very tempting it was.. And yet..
"Though.. Wait. I guess it is pretty rude of me to leave you here. Damn, where did my fuckin' manners go?" He murmured, turning to face the angel. "Did you need help?" A wicked grin spread over his features, dual-hued eyes narrowed in merriment. He really shouldn't have been acting this way, but.. One, he was bored. That was the main reason. Why not play?

The angel should have known what was coming--the way the hair on the back of his neck rose, the tingle in his palms and chill across his arms--they were all warning signs to what lurked just around the corner. Benjamin, however, had been caught unawares. something he would have never forgiven himself at a different time. Right then he was just too weary, all of his energy put towards finding a way out, he had left himself bare to the unknown threats. Benjamin whipped himself about to face Harold the moment the angel heard the voice, eyes narrowing in sharply on the features of that creature. Already could he feel the stirrings of ancient animosity that existed between their kind, one that made him more willing for the strike. Benjamin was the last angel that would ever be caught strumming a harp while singing pretty hymns.
A glare filtered in as he listened to Harold's words, but he did not respond--didn't plan to, not just yet. Benjamin wasn't fond of the taunting lit to the demon's voice, but he would bare with it so long as it allowed him to bide his time. One brow quirked at the oh so kind "suggestion" for him to find a way out. Any oblivious fool of a mortal would have easily made such an assumption that they needed to escape the dreadful place. Telling him something he already knew was nothing of service, not that Benjamin would ever rely on anyone's service. Where Harold moved, coal black gaze followed with valid distrust. He was waiting for every trick known in his book to be pulled.
What surprised him was the sudden offer for help; for a second Benjamin was taken aback, and perhaps it reflected in those generally blank features. Full lips bit into a frown as he studied the teen. Finally he spoke in a cold, callous tone of voice: "Your smile releases too much of your foul breath, it poisons this starving air. Close your lips and you might be more tolerable." He took one step forward as if to follow behind the demon (a movement that sent yet another dizzying rush to his head, prompting a slight grimace), then stopped short. "I've no reason to trust you, demon, nor you any reason to attempt "helping" me. If anything you would lead me further in to this place...and as I think it, you're not the only thing within this household..."

Wasn't surprised at all when the angel showed obvious amounts of distrust and even dislike. This one wasn't one of those creepy goody-goodies, then. No angel he'd seen had been, but he'd seen ones that were quite a bit sweeter than Benjamin appeared to be. This was further proved when the angel went on to talk about his breath or some other cryptic shit he didn't really get. Yeah yeah, yadda yadda yadda. "How about you think about where you are before you make any derogatory comments, hm?" He said, treading back closer to Benjamin and studying him. "Right as you are about that, you're basically helpless. Doomed. The walls of this house aren't designed to let you free." He murmered, possibly overstepping his boundaries and even going closer to the angel. "What drew you here to begin with?" He asked, not really curious, but looking for bits of conversation, question, to possibly distract the pale boy.
He was swift about reaching forwards and grabbing Benjamin's face by the jaw, tilting his head right, then left. He was stronger than the average human, but being only half-sin, not as strong as many others in the mansion. As soon as that could be said, though, he also wasn't weak. Whether Benjamin was or would be able to fight him off in this condition was doubtful. "Could be worse.." He murmered under his breath. "Are you sure you don't want to rest? You look worn. You may even be safe here if you stick with me." Hah. Lies was his mother, after all. "That's really up to you, though. I could just leave you here for one of the others to find you, and they're stronger than I am. You wouldn't have a chance." He muttered, giving a slow nod and letting go of Benjamine's face.
He took a step or two back so as to be out of the boy's personal space; the sin child had no intention of letting the angel anywhere near him. Or at least, not with the idea that he was going to get to hit him or something. That wouldn't do at all.

There was always a weight in the air of this Mansion, like some thick seeping darkness which pressed against the skin and trickled through flesh and bone to a beings very soul but it had not always been this way. Once, this place had been nothing but stone and wood, built by humans and treated like a home – or at least most of it had been. Since Sadi had taken over the lease, non too diplomatically either, he’d extended the place outward, adding room after room and today it stood like a twisted palace in the night. Every wall soaked and streaked in blood, blood that had been washed away physically but the stench of death and evil would be felt by any supernatural being, it clung to every surface like a fresh coat of paint. Cobwebs had crept in over the years, their silvery grey tint lingering in the corners and the scuttling of god knows what else could be heard every so often, perhaps rats or other such critters had made this place their home? Yet, sometimes, it sounded more like nails scratching over the hard wooden floor boards.
Floor boards which Sadi was currently staring down at from a distance. Hm, didn’t gravity make that sort of thing impossible? Apparently not for a Sin, they could bend the laws of physics to suit themselves – not break them you understand, but twist and distort – which explained why the Sin was on the ceiling and not the floor, his body contorted at awkward angles and like some sick horror film classic he scuttled out of the darkness, coming from around the corner behind Harold so only the Angel might see his approach. His arms bend oddly, hands pressed palms down against the smooth shadowy ceiling, feet too placed firmly there. He was upside down, his chest facing upward to the ‘roof’, his back to the ground and that handsome face of his twisted backward as he moved, exorcism style, so he was staring directly at Harold’s back as he approached.
The faint pitter patter of his movements were all which gave him away, there was no crushing sense of power or evil, he kept that within for now, content to ‘sneak’ up on the hell spawn in moderate silence and once he was but a meter away he whispered. “Your manners went out the window when you offered this holy streak of shit help...” as he spoke he fell, body moving like a cat to spin so when he landed he looked elegant and deadly, instead of clumbsy and idiotic as it might have been if he’d misjudged. With a flick of his head he sent hip long locks of ebony hair streaming over his shoulders and out of his line of sight, focusing burning crimson eye’s on Harold... he knew his brothers would give the Angel the attention it deserved, for now he wanted to see his nephew. “Safe with you?...You gonna protect him like you did the last Angel which came here?” slowly he rose to his feet, brushing off seemingly non-existent dirt from his clothing – black shirt, black jeans, black belt, black, black, black... “How is our sweet Jesse by the way?” the most smug of grins flickered across girlish lips as he awaited Harold reply, it had been a while since he’d seen this child and he wondered if the wounds he’d inflicted were still fresh...

Lies~ a proud Mother he was. Brimmed with happiness at the fact his abomination of a spawn was finally letting his demonic blood take over that humanoid brain - judgments and slyness was becoming much more grand and rich upon these sensitive ears of the Liar. Footfalls, silent - nothing to them, floating? No - just careful, his human body once more modified to the point of zero recognition. Fingernails clawed the fleshy arm within grasp as pearly white teeth bit into the skin of a hand - the palm, metatarsals and skin crunched within a hungry mouth - one that many lies whisper through within each gap. Listen to the world and playing the game of react and not act - it was a fun game to play.
Minutes left the man’s arrive, not a word spoken at the Angel and Spawn seemed to become acquainted, words, lies, and orders bantered between them within moments as he, the Liar of thousands found his frame shuffling from the corner of the living room - the Main hall being just seconds away for the Liar to use unnatural speeds to get to where he stand now - hands within pockets, but one between jaws. Three arms? Oh no - that third arm belonged to a another - it was just missing the rest of it’s humanoid body to which it could be claimed a name. A tense of jaws and dribble of blood before marble flesh allowed the limb to fall to the floor. Thunk - a Tasty noise to gentle ears as the man stood mere inches more the Angel’s back, his breath barely a clean scent but reeked of human’s blood and the skin that dangled between bone wasn’t all that nice to look at in this moment of time.
Twisted whispered, scratching and a gurgle for him to utter before words mirthed betwixt jaws. “One of you isn’t enough for us all to share…” Lilac optics, fluttering from under that thick mop of blood-drenched hair, shoulders and chest tainted by thick spattered. Hand prints on his face, slapped? Somewhat, it was more of a game then anything right now. Waist down was wrapped up within yellow skinny’s. Feet in socks, button undone and baring all of a well-kept curl-forest before the zipper kept all the good stuff within. A retreat of his spine, flexing to standing up straight and allowing lilac orbs to flicker to his son. “Shouldn’t you be at school?”

Mani was somewhere---here or there and ultimately everywhere. A soft chuckle would resonate through the area of the Sins, followed by the pitter patter of footsteps that seemed to come from nowhere. Left then right they went until all the noise died down to nothing. From around a far corner nimble little fingers could be seen curling around the edge of the wall. Ruby painted nails clinging to the paint and tempting to scratch it off. Ever so slowly Mani’s chaotic locks began to appear followed by mismatched hues of ice white and sky blue hidden amongst smoky makeup. He might have been considered the shiest of the Sins, but that didn’t make him any less harmful. Rolling his lower lip under he chewed on the flesh as he watched an angel in the distance. One quiet step followed another and he stepped out from his little corner and began to creep forward---coming up right behind Sadi. His fingers reached out to the man, but didn’t touch. Instead his movements ghosted around the man and pointed at what could have been an intruder. The poor lost soul.
Taking in a deep breath he smiled to himself, but continued to hide behind the other’s body. His pointing finger curled and his hand would soon lower itself down to his side. He wanted to know why that angel was here. Had his birthday come early this year? Oh yes, that would be a splendid thing; an early birthday. Then again, everyday was treated like his birthday. Mani was spoiled little brat when it came to most things. Grinding his teeth together he slid back behind Sadistic’s body, letting off a little giggle before covering his mouth. Who knew what he found so amusing. It might have been the fact this soul was in the center of hell---or it could be that Mani wasn’t completely there in the head. Whatever the reason it was a sickening one.

Tension locked itself in the air, wove into his eyes with a gaze that pierced right back at the annoying sin child. It was getting to the point where Benjamin would have felt no little satisfaction in ripping at Harold's head until it fell off, if that was what it took as he was still unarmed. It didn't matter to him, that was what he as former angel (half now) was designed for, killing the damned. Even still, he knew the boy was right--Benjamin stood no chance against a household bewitched by demons, powerful ones at that, and especially in his weakened state...It was true, he'd have to pick his words carefully, and yet being around Harold made that so very difficult. "None of your fucking bus--" He gasped out in a sudden twist of shock as that brat launched forward and got a sturdy grip beneath his chin.
The motion left then right sent jolts of pain down his neck, and it did no justice towards his aching head. Benjamin should have had the notion to vomit on the lad as he was rough handled. "Damn you..." he had been far too easily caught off guard. Even as Harold backed away, Benjamin made a motion to a rough shove at the boy's chest. The angel hated touch of any kind, it aggrivated him so. "You insult my intelligence with your words, demon" came the cold reply. "If what you say of this house is true, I'm safe neither here nor anywhere else..."
Sooner than the devil words were spoken, he could already feel the chills sweeping over him--damnation etched along the walls and his nostrils were filled with the scent of blood. The first he saw above the sin-child's head, but before he could have made any indication to Harold, Sadistic made his presence well known. It should have been well thought by that point that demons were not always friendly amongst each other. Benjamin tensed, eyeing the ringleader in his approach. This man was a force to be reckoned with. Then again, so was the one suddenly unleashed behind him. The angel could have gagged on the scent of human detriment hanging from the demon's mouth; he dared not turn around. A third arrival, Manipulation...bizarre, utterly unpredictable but child-like demented in some way...the angel was trapped.
Other angels had been the key to this picture, and of course by that time Benjamin should have likened the manor to a gateway to hell...far place worse. If there were other angels there...what had happened to them all? This war had been thrusted upon his shoulders, he recoiled at the thought but was forced to embrace. There was but one chance he sought. "To think that you'll keep me is a sad thought indeed...I intend not to let that happen." The holy essence ripped through his alabaster skin, revealing itself in a brilliance of holy light--God's Light, the longevity of the divine. He broke away the first moment he could, tearing sharp left in the direction yet left to his availability. The only question was whether or not there was another hallway there. It was only a time-waster, and a futile one with the way his energy was depleting, but he'd run so long as there was space left to run. He had no other alternative. His mind spoke his final volume for the moment, "For all that can hear me...so help us, tell me where you are..." At the very least if they were locked away, he might be lucky enough to find them first...Hell, options were limited.

He could smell it before he felt it-- the presence of Sadi. It sent an unpleasant tremble through him, more from anger than fear. It was instantaneously visible on his face, his expression drawn and hands quickly balling into fists the closer the entity came. Gruesome images entered his mind, but none were put into action as the full sin finally settled behind him. "Your ineptitude is amazing, uncle." He muttered, focusing his attention on picking the debris out from under his nails. "You seriously think it was--" The Sin's next words caused his mouth to snap shut and every inch of skin to bristle. Oh, how he'd just love to.. He turned, finally focusing his attention on Sadi instead of Benjamin. "I wouldn't know, but it shouldn't matter to you. What's wrong, afraid you didn't leave enough of an impression?" Perhaps this was not the correct approach to take when addressing the older sin, but Harold was still nice and sore and quite ready to rip him a new one even if he had not the ability to do so.
"You aren't getting this one. Frankly I don't give two shits what happens to it, but it'd make me feel alot better knowing you didn't get a piece of it." If it were anyone else he may not have been behaving this way-- but something about the sadistic sin's very presence instilled a level of animosity in him that he just wasn't really familiar with. Not too long ago, it wouldn't have been a possibility, but in light of semi-recent events.. well, his feelings were at the very least partially understandable. The question from the not-so-suddenly present mother figure was given light acknowledgement. "I don't go to school." And wouldn't, actually. As many times as it'd been mentioned, it hadn't happened, nor did Harold want it to. The Angel-- and, oddly, Mani -- weren't given too much more attention other than a quick glance between the two. Mani wasn't recognizable. At least, not at the moment. What was that holy brat ranting about, again?
Unfortunately for him, to say the sin child was unprepared when the angel suddenly let off that blast of holy light was a bit of an understatement-- maybe that glance should have lasted a little bit longer, but even if it had there may not have been much he could have done. The effects were instantaneous, in a way; he dropped almost like a fly, the blinding effects disorienting him to a point of extremity; damn, he really should've just gotten ahold of the stupid thing while he could.
[SORRY >_>; post sucks hardcore, I know. |D]

Seil, a sight for sore eyes indeed. It had been too long since he’d seen this particular Sin and for a moment it seemed he could do nothing but stare at the ‘man’, something which surely had more to do with the blood which dripped from his brothers lips like venom. Something about blood was fascinating, it’s heat and texture when fresh, the strange jelly like way it clotted when left to cool and finally that dried up crust which stained everything brown and was hell to get out of clothing... it was fun to play with, and kind of fun to watch but of course Harold was the one to be given attention for now wasn’t he? Poor Harold.
“Awh, you and your best ‘bud’ no longer close? Such a shame, you’d think having been inside him would have brought you two closer not further apart.” Sadi’s comment was flippant in nature and almost dismissive in tone, because it was then that his dear sweet spoiled little brother rounded the corner, timid as always. “Angelic, I know, you could turn its skin into a mask if you’d like Mani?” the angel, it seemed, was being spoken about as if it were not even there and in a situation like this, were such a being was so very outnumbered, it really didn’t matter what the angel thought or said. “...and who said I wanted a piece of it? I came here for you.” it was only then that the most wicked of smiles spread across his lips and slowly he stepped forward, making sure to keep Mani hidden behind him and shielded as he moved, but his slow steady steps brought him ever closer to the Sin spawn...
Some form of confusion flashed over handsome features then, because, as he had been reaching out to catch his nephew the boy had fallen into his grasp? This he had not been expecting, Harold should have been stepping back, right? But no... it took only a moment for the Sin to realise what had happened, that rotten little cherub had used the light. A light which burned through the hall like the purest of white sunrise and left a wake of blistering, bubbling plaster as it went. The very cement which held this Mansion together was saturated in evil and that light burned the house itself as well as the Sins within.
It took a moment for the Sin to buckle, he was stronger than Harold, more resilient but finally the pressure of it pushed him down, but surprisingly, before he fell, he drew his nephew sharply forward, pulling the ‘child’ firmly against his chest as he spun to turn his back on the angel and eventually fell to his knees. Mani, if he’d allowed it, would be dragged down too and both sibling and nephew would find themselves partially shielded from that wicked light which licked at their flesh and souls like fire. Sadi, it seemed, was using his body to keep the majority of that god forsaken glow off of them both. Seil would have to look after himself, he’d been too far away and despite Sadi being one of the eldest and second most powerful of the sins that Angelic light left his head spinning, vision blurred and body screeching in pain, yet the sound which rattled out from scowling lips was not one of agony but anger. A roar, terrifying and truely hellish, which would follow the angel as he ran.
( Apologies for the time this took, my microsoft word froze on me... so had to type the damn thing twice. *Twitches.* )

That damned brat was always going to be a brat, he was still surprised the kid hadn’t died that day - the day that little prick saw the wrath of his Mother in it’s glory. A shuddering excitement touched his spine as he gave the boy a smirk, skin dribbled between lips before the figures tongue reached out to curl around each frail string to tug into that orifice and chew on them like they were a special flavoured bubble gum. A loud gulp was given as he listened. Sadistic was truly sadistic - the test tube abomination of himself and Mason was truly getting angry. He could hear that heart beat faster, faster, faster. He wanted to pop it. Make it bleed, make him scream… Flash - Let’s just say the walls weren’t the only thing that blistered or burnt to a clean state.
Seil’s back arched from the sudden searing pain that adorned his features - his hair singed and his skin burnt down to the bone upon his features as his eyes blinded, burnt to the sockets as blood drizzled down his exposed rib-bones, no muscle, nor organs - just… bone and dust. Bone jaws tore apart to challenge Sadi’s roar - with that high pitched, under water screech of a tone. A purple aura flung from his own pores and in which turned into thick cords of black that wrapped around his dust ridden frame before suddenly tightening its grip. Holding himself together as that body fell to its knees and flopped onto his front - ashes clouded around his figure as he lay there for a moment longer - give him a good three - four minutes before a boney little figure twitched and that regeneration muscle plus skin began to return to his features. Aaaa’ahhh. A tongue rolled out between those boned jaws, threading through cheek-flesh and back to his throat where he swallowed the muscle down as thick threads begin to stitch up that face, bone to muscle and then muscle to skin. “Interestin’… Interestin!” Bubbles of blood fell from burnt eyeballs and from his nostrils as he seemed to ‘float’ back to his feet. Who needed eyeballs? A hand rose with ease to touch his singed featured, a step forward balanced his frame out as he bent over backwards for a moment, those eyeballs? Dropped out of his skull and rolled onto the floor towards the three - looking ’up’ at them - Seil let his cheeks stretch allow that unearthly Cheshire grin. “ Dibs.” Oh yes - Echolocation was good for something as the bendy man turned his attention back to the front - spine-snapping back in place as his hands lifted from pockets, both occupied with scalpels as shoulders began to jiggle within an excited giggle.
Gone a flicker of fire around feet burnt the mans figure up as his senses tingled violently. a power that made anything in this mansion powerless - you can’t hide in this man’s maze. Those doors were nothing but foam walls as he frame rocketed through the first - that unearthly screech touched those manic lips. “Let’s play Doctor! Ne’ Angel Patient?!” Oh yes, let’s the games begin - footfalls were fast as they followed this Angel, a hand soon came launching from the next corner - infront of the Angel to grip the boys face and slam that body into the ground after a few seconds airborne lifting. Chokeslam!

Manipulation really had no idea what was going on. That might have been due to the fact his mind was on other pretty things. Like making a mask out of the angel’s face. How much fun would it be to whip out a pumpkin knife and skin such a delicate surface with a toothed blade? Oh yes, fun-fun-fun! Licking his upper lip in pure thought one could almost see the blood dripping out of his mind. Such thoughts shouldn’t be thought of by such an innocent child as he. Tipping his head to the side Mani lifted a finger to his chin. Tap-tap-tap. Maybe he could dig out the fat pockets and fibrous muscle located under the cheek bones---and make that bitch smile. His lips parted in excitement and he reached out to tug on Sadi’s sleeve when suddenly the man twisted around and a flash of light flew past him.
Down Mani went to the floor under the older Sin as the hall was flooded with light and beautiful screams. Sorry to say it, but all the noise forced a laugh to bubble up from his chest. Oh wasn’t everyone having fun now? Reaching up he gripped onto Sadi’s body and pulled him in closer, lifting his head up and licking along the man’s cheek. Thanks to this man he was free from any damage done by the light. Perhaps a few stars in the eyes, but nothing major---or really noticeable. Nipping near Sadi’s cheek he turned himself away and rolled out from under his brother, standing himself up, carefully stepping over Seil’s eyes. Wouldn’t want to make them go squish now, would he? Smirking mischievously he pushed a hand into his pocket and pulled out---what do you know---a pumpkin knife. He had been saving this for Halloween, but it would do for now. Licking the blade he glanced over towards Sadi and bent himself at the knees, looking almost sadly at his sibling.
“I’ll fuck him for you---with this.” Mani whispered, holding up his pumpkin carving knife as if it were his new favorite toy.
“I’ll trap his screams in a jar just for you.”
Standing back up he skipped off down the hall and completely disappeared. Oh, it might have seemed like little Mani had vanished, but he was still there He just chose not to be seen! Manipulation did have that option. His footsteps could be heard coming up behind the angel, but his form would still go unseen by everyone and all. That little angle better be thinking about his ass right now.

An Angel lost in a city of Sin, that is what they all seemed to be here. This place which humans named Imperial City – a haven, a triumph of technology! Such petty beings they were at times, for this place they called victory was known to those of angelic decent as the City of Sins. There were few like Justice in this metropolis, in fact if one were to be technical there were none like her upon this floating mass, she was the second to fall: Chastity the first. Anti-Sins, the strongest and most cunning of Gods warriors sent to earth to stand against the swarming masses. Sins, demons, half breeds... this human plane was overrun with them and even now she could pick out only a few hundred points of light in a city of thousands. Darkness truly had its hold on this place, the streets were riddled with the damned, human and demon alike, those she passed in the darkened midnight streets cowered in the shadows, they could feel what she was and it was indeed smart of them to hide for she was not Mercy, she would not hesitate nor whimper at the spilling of blood.
For those who could see what she was, her mere presence burned their eyes, light poured out of her – unseen by humans of course, but to those tainted by evil turned away as she passed. To mortal eyes she seemed nothing out of the ordinary, perhaps a little strange around the eyes but that was all. The clothes she wore were suitable for combat but casual too, white cargo pants, matching Tee and ivory hoody. Waterproof material which crinkled oddly, man made, but practical. Beauty too streamed from her features, as it did from all angelic beings but hers was tainted by war, a fierceness set in her eyes, the way she moved and the focus which crept out from her very soul was something to be reckoned with...
But despite that, she faltered, a sudden hesitation which came as quite a shock. Whispering words, a blast of light at the corner of her eye. Another angel? No... not powerful enough, but angelic non-the less and with but the slightest effort she zero’d in on it. Angels were not hard to find in this city, not many remained here.
Yet, in spite of her power she couldn’t pin point the source, it seemed surrounded by darkness, a darkness so pure even her light could not penetrate. She could not move through the realms to Benjamin’s side, instead she was forced to walk. A slow, strangely aggravating act.
The Mansion was not hard to find, once one got a taste of it following the ‘scent’ was not difficult, it was – however – unpleasant, such a reek... how could these humans who lived so close not smell it? Disgust tainted caramel lips for the briefest of moments as she stared at the ‘house’ which seemed more an entrance to hell itself than an actual home. Finally, after a moment’s thought those violet eyes closed, her body seemed to flow with calm, every muscle relaxed and then she moved... or at least part of her did. A shimmering echo of the flesh and bone which made her up stepped out of the host, astral projection, and as soon as she’d managed the feat she vanished, reappearing where Benjamin had ‘lit up the room’.
Harold and Sadistic would sense her of course, hell, they would be able to see her – thinking her a ghost at first, perhaps, but with the Sadistic sin so disorientated she could catch the youngster’s attention... especially since Manipulation and his brother had darted off after her angel. ‘Invite me in...Harold.’ there was a weight behind those words and transparent as she was, the tint of amethyst in her gaze seemed to burn through the child – he was half human after all and Sin’s weren’t the only ones who could hypnotise the mortals, angels could too.

Run, run, run...it was all he could do, and yet with every step Benjamin found himself falling further and further behind. It was as if he was playing right into the demons' very claws. That damn half-sin had been right, he stood no chance, and he wasn't meant to survive. Funny that all he had been through this is what it had come down to. Hell's damned wailed behind him in thunderous echos; they swarmed him, beating against his eardrums. The sins' screams were of a a challenge...no, a decreement of a true slaughter, and it was Benjamin's blood they wished to sqaundor and soak themselves in. Despite these thoughts, they settled no more fear within the angel boy than being within their presence had. That was simply him--far too cold, he saw a bigger picture than himself...his sacrifice, the damnation of his ravaged body and life would be worthwhile, where his life was meaningless. People were simply better off dead, they were far more valuable that way.
Yet still there was innate, primal urge to carry on his survival, and even Benjamin, even angels were slaves to it. No, alive he was a warrior...his use pertained to scraping the demon lives away from this beautiful world...or it should have been a beautiful world. Wasn't it better just to imagine that there was no afterlife? His knee gave beneath him, something inside snapped painfully, coiled around the nerves-- he fell forward just slightly, it was enough to make him lose precious footing. DAMN THEM ALL! Just as he regained himself was he stricken down. Air throttled away from his lungs and something quite audibly popped as his exposed back was slammed against the ground. Coal eyes flew wide with pain yet not a sound was uttered. No, he dared not give the satisfaction of a scream.
In the process of muffling such a cry he punctured his tongue with a stray tooth. Blood bubbled up to the surface in his mouth. This mad man, this doctor above him gripping his throat so tightly it caused Benjamin to choke. Copper taste washed against the back of his throat that made him gag. His body contorted as he tried to buck the demon off. "God...God damn you" he hissed and spat a hot lather of saliva and blood at the creature's hideously morphed, burned face, aiming for the empty sockets. "Go b..back...t...t..." There was a hell from, wence Lies and his family crawled from, at the very least he could go crawl back to it. He was woozy, weak even before that point, and he knew there was a troubling sign when he could spot red, blue and black circles dancing behind his vision. His struggles renewed.

There was a lapse-- maybe only a few seconds, a minute, two; he wasn't sure. He just knew, that for some reason, he was drifting back in to consciousness and didn't understand how he'd lost it in the first place. What was that--? Those noises, the howling. He recognized one as Seil's. Whatever his rage was directed at wouldn't last long. The other, unbeknownst to himself, belonged to Manipulation. His focus drifted hazily to Sadi, who was.. Oh dear. Harold wasn't sure what to do, thoughts trickling back trying to figure out exactly what had happened. Whatever it was, the only reason he could come up with as to why he was fine and Sadi was not, was that Sadi was shielding him. Especially considering how they were positioned. Stupid, stupid idiot. The sin child shoved slightly, trying to get a few feet from the sadistic sin. It must have been that angel; that's all he could think of. Nothing else in the house would bother causing anything like this and, as he looked around, the holy brat was nowhere to be found.
He was immersed in piecing the previous events together when he heard Justice, his eyes flew to her and locked there, his attention drawn in. Who..what was she? The smell--sense--was vaguely familiar, yet different from anything he'd had the displeasure of coming across. He knew one thing for sure; it was unsettling and he didn't like it. But he felt unable to say anything or act. She was requesting entry, and specifically from himself. How did she know his name..? It was only a fleeting thought, and no matter how hard he fought against it, his mind was relishing in the calmness around it. Just let her in. Nothing bad can possibly come of that.. Before he knew what he was doing, thinking.. "Come in.." He was going to hurt himself for this later, if Sadi, Mani and Seil didn't get to him first.
[Was gonna add more but couldn't think of anything ;_; ]

Manipulations way of saying thank you was odd indeed, but Sadi was used to it. Mani was like the child of the group, the strangest and most childish except for Mason and despite the Sins apparent inability to love, he did very much treat those two in particular like little brothers.
Mani’s words were met with a slight murr of approval and as both Harold and Mani moved away, Sadi cringed, he’d taken the brunt of that angels little trick and it showed when, instead of getting up, he simply rolled over and sat with his back to the wall, legs bent so he could rest his elbows on his knees and his head in his hands.
The Sin stayed this way in silence for a while, regaining his strength and the ability to think as the moments passed and it was only when he heard Harold talking to someone...nay, inviting someone in, that he looked up. Crimson pin points of light shining through a waterfall of black locks. “What did you just do...” he mumbled, pushing up from the wall as he spoke and for a moment he caught a glimpse of who and what Harold had been addressing. “Hypnosis...fuck.” was about all he said before warning his brothers, he didn’t call to them verbally, instead they’d find his voice whispering through their minds. Harold invited in another Angel... fair warning, but what Sadi didn’t know was that this angel was in fact pure of breed and rather more dangerous than anything any of the sins had faced before.
( Excuse the amount of time this took and how shit it is...I've had a rough day and night. )

Lies felt the struggling under his hand, his arm didn’t budge a inch as that body wiggled and writhed in pain. The scent of blood was strong within the Liar’s nose and his mind was blank of anything else to do but kill this fucker for burning his skin within such a light. Liar hated that little. Light of truth, it burned to his very non-soulish soul. A gurgle of curiosity hit the man’s throat as that angel mustered up the saliva to spit in his face, if he had eyelid’s he would of blinked it away but instead he let it drip over the eye sockets edge and down his cheek somewhat. “You’ve got bravery, Half-breed.” He uttered, giving that stubborn gaze a flicker of hope almost before raising his opposite hand, the one still ramming the body throat down, as if he was wanting to tear it downwards from his cranium and shoulders - though all he wanted to do was ram his risen hand into that Angel’s stomach - puncturing flesh and allowing his Lying ridden hands thrust and flow those purple aura - turning into thick black cords in time turned to coil the organs of Benjamin’s body - innards now becoming carved with the only demonic symbol that meant; ‘Lies’. The symbol itself would burn in Seil’s presence, the searing pain from the thing might as well as end all life but of course - it couldn’t if this all happened.
Mani’ was a child and Seil loved him for it, much more mature then Mason in a way - Mani didn’t run off for years and years. A shoulder tensed as he torn his hand from within the Angel’s gut (IF it happened) to hover over the creature for a moment - a foot rose to slam down on the angel’s groin, pinning the boy by such a place and adding weight to it, minute by minute as his head rose to look towards the Manor’s front - through the walls, through those barred windows and those thick doors of the front. He could see her, that power. But he didn’t know what or who it was… Lilac orbs wiggled upon the floor before falling into a dusty pile. The voice within his head made him stiffen and give a hiss. “Death seems to be taking its toll upon you, Half-breed. Be grateful.“
A hand rose once more to move down and grip the Angel by his front - tossing him into the nearest wall to pin with his body and move to take the boys lips with his own. Once his tongue forced entry, it began to coax the boys tongue from his own mouth… Teeth ready to capture of the many whispers and chants of those who lie in the world, began to be shared with this angel. That mental state of privacy wasn’t going to be up for long - they screamed and tormented, whispered, and asked questions but never gave one enough time to answer, just repeating, repeating and repeating. Though one thing was for sure, once he was able to get the child-angel’s tongue his teeth where merciless as they would bite the thing off - within chewing bones. He wasn’t nice in his work. The rush of blood and mix of saliva’s - Mason would be proud, and Lust but over all he’d release the angel’s frame from that wall - he was thinking of crucifying the little fucker but he’ll keep that for Mani’s play - if all was said, was done he’d remove the tongue from his own lips to hold it out for Mani. “Treat him with care, Mani.” He purred out before moving to look down and slowly make his way back to the others - his fingers twitching as muscle and skin began to regenerate at a faster rate - half-breed blood was good enough for now.

Swirls of red and black were beginning to swirl within the angel's vision. His chest was beginning to burn with acid coated fire in his lungs, one unquenchable by the air he was starved of by the Sin's chokehold. This was it, he was going to die at the merciless hands...yet silently he prayed that were he to die with a single glimmer of fear, that he be damned to hell just as quick as the rest of those bastard devil spawn. Fear was not for him, it wasn't...it wasn't...Bravery? The sin thought he had bravery? No, that meant nothing spoken from the mouth of a liar. One leg rose to sharply knee Seil in the fleshless gut, perhaps in vain, but in anycase his attempts did not matter; the moment that hand struck against his skin all thoughts simply vanished.
The pain, god, the agony...He wouldn't scream...couldn't...The angel's body arched and spasmed under the rising torrent of curse literally wrapping around his insides in malicious tendrils. Dark eyes bulged in horror, anguish, agony. His fists smacked against the floor hard, knuckles clenching and splitting on impact. Bile rose in the back of his throat, and as his head jerked the foul contents spilled over his lips in a mix of sour saliva and blood. Not a scream sounded as he grit his teeth...Lies...he could feel them scraping over his bone with foul words and imagery. Words screamed in his ear. Benjamin was weak, he couldn't fight back. His strength failed him...Damn them all...
The abrupt moment it all seemed to stop, Benjamin was lost in a flash of light; not another God's light, a light of wavering consciousness, but he wasn't going to give the demon the satisfaction of having his limp body to do whatever he pleased with it. He jerked again, gasping with dry and bloody lips as his groin was crushed beneath Seil's foot. Insult to injury, it didn't hurt anywhere as much as that branding...this was humiliation, it was the knowledge of defeat, and his opponent was relishing in his blood coated victory. His fingers twitched to pry the foot from his aching genitals...he hurt all over, there wasn't anything he could do. The withering look he shot up at the demon was one through blurry eyes, a sweaty gaze and teeth grinding. He wasn't going to submit so easily.
The impact of the wall behind him cost him his breath. Twinges of shock erupted around his spine, his neck, the back of his head. He felt nauseous again...if only he could vomit in the demon's face, maybe that would give him the distraction he needed. The sudden approach of the demon's lips...no...no that he wasn't going to let happen. He twisted his head to the side and strained his muscles to force a hand between their faces, pushing up against the hideous mouth in attempt to ward him off. Those filthy lips...The words wouldn't erupt from his own throat, but what Benjamin had to say was no less than spiteful. Where Seil had been prompt to bite to Benjamin's tongue...instead he got himself a casing of fingers. The digits were snapped liked twigs against Seil's nashing teeth, bones crushing under the skin, tissue ripping like little more than paper. Benjamin's eyes widened in horror, the agony threshold was too low to endure anything more and so he groaned, shuddering weakly as crimson flashed in his vision. Everything was going dark, and even in the moment he was released, helpless Benjamin slid down the wall before collapsing to the floor. He wasn't entirely unconscious, but he was at that point, vulnerable.

’Come in...’ the moment those sleepy words left Harold’s lips, Justice smiled, a soft beautiful expression which alighted her features and gave substance and colour to that once ethereal presence. In fact, it seemed as if this angelic ‘ghost’ had come more to life than was possible, spectre’s weren’t supposed to blur into reality with a single invitation... yet, as Sadistic and the spawn watched that transparent form which had stood before them began to flicker into focus. The walls and space behind her tall elegant form fading from view as the image deepened and filled with life – Justice wasn’t retreating to her body as most would think she would, no, instead she was bringing her body to the astral spirit which remained in the Mansion.
Within a few moments there stood, not a spiritual apparition of an Angel, but a full blooded, flesh and bone... angelic being, and to the eyes of anything or one touched by evil she radiated light, a blinding, burning vision of Godliness that the walls themselves appeared to cower in the presence of. In fact, considering the woman’s powerful presence and the Mansion’s infusion with evil, it’s connection to hell itself... it was surprising the building didn’t just crumble around her, instead the walls blistered like she were dousing them with hydrochloric acid and for a moment time seemed to stop.
One long slender arm extended toward Harold, burning violet eye’s fixed still on the boys oddly un-matching gaze as soft warm fingertips brushed his cheek – he would not be affected by her presence, he alone would be unharmed by the light which boiled outward and scraped at the walls like deadly claws. “Thank you, Harold.” her voice was silken, pure and the very sound of it alone brought forth a rush of warmth and love which would flood into the boy, giving him – for the briefest of moments – the sensation of true happiness, a contentment which only Heaven’s touch could bring. Then it was gone and the half breed would find himself snapping out of that trance like hypnosis, Justice’s hypnotic eyes broke contact and fell to the Sadistic Sin behind the child, her features hardened then – plush lips tightening into a line as she moved past Harold, her delicate touch falling away from his skin while she advanced on Sadi. “You, my dear, need not to be here.”
Her words were, again, soft... but they’d lost that angelic edge, that outpour of grace and kindness which Harold had felt, and instead they were lined with pure unadulterated venom. The kind which proved, without a doubt, that God’s wrath could be terrifying, that the power his angelic warriors held was not something to be messed with... and just because she was an Angel, didn’t mean she couldn’t – or shouldn’t – be feared. Oh no, Justice was every bit as terrifying as any demon. Ever so slowly, as Justice approached, Sadi moved back, his movements sluggish but frantic as he used those toned arms of his to bat away at the invisible light which burned the very walls around them all. He, unlike Harold, could feel the heat of it, the pain... and in comparison to Benjamin, Justice’s connection to God and the light of Heaven was like comparing boiling water to lava. “Eieci te monem, ad infernum unde venisti ...” her eyes flashed as she spoke, the amethyst like orbs blasting with a radiance which flared out to entangle the Sin, and just like that Sadistic screamed, the sin’s cries of agony echoed throughout the Mansion as his human host writhed like it were being torn apart from the inside out.
Which, in fact, it almost was – the Sin within being cast out, nay, ripped out by the brute force and will of the Angelic being who stood above it. Had Sadistic not already taken the brute of Benjamin’s initial blast, Justice would have had a hard time dispelling him so easily, it would have taken a full exorcism chant to remove him... but, as weakened as he had been by Benjamin, Sadi found himself unable to resist the Anti Sin’s power and soon enough that body stilled – it remained alive, breathing, but Sadi’s ‘soul’ would be banished from the human realm and sent spiralling through the seven gates of hell. It would take a while for him to fight his way back out, possibly days... and with that done, Seil was alone, Manipulation having flashed out of existence the moment the Anti Sin’s presence had been felt – not out of cowardice, but to bring help: probably.
“Ahh, the stench of Sins... so sweet in comparison to my usual opponents.” she murmured, the slightest of smirks gracing pouted lips – it was true, before this she’d been fighting real demons, the kind which made Sadi and his brothers appear like children...a scary thought to anyone who’d ever met the Sin’s and thought them pure evil. There was worse out there than Lucifer’s Sins, and God’s, but not in the human realm, no, in the human realm these fourteen beings were the big bads. Well, they had been up until Justice and the rest of the Anti Sin’s arrived.

What was it he was doing..? He was screaming at himself on the inside, this was bad, very bad. In reflection, had he time to do such a thing, it may have become quite clear how much of a threat and hindrance he actually was, if not in just this situation, but every single one that ever had and ever would happen. Quite a pity, that. However, now was not the time for such sentiments, and as that angelic being finally made her way into their dubbed 'home', he found himself even still seemingly entranced by her presence alone. The only things that ran through his mind were her actions and words, everything else shoved back in favor of this intense focus that wasn't his own. Even as he felt that, he wasn't afraid yet, caught up in the calm lack of .. well, everything else that he may have been feeling or thinking had he been in complete control in this situation.
He didn't shy away as she reached out towards him, the soft touch against his cheek a welcome feeling whereas he would normally have jerked away quite fast. Why did it feel safe? Common sense told him she was anything but; however, that wasn't making it to the now placid layer of conscious thought that was devoted entirely to her presence. "You're welcome.." he murmured, voice soft. What was that foreign feeling that was suddenly taking him over? It was terrifying, but the sensation itself chased off such an emotion as fear. He almost clung to it, because it was so much better than what he was used to. It felt like something he couldn't place or recognize; but it was comforting, and extraordinary. Yet, so very, very foreign.
It didn't last, however, and there was an odd sense of loss at first, until he very quickly returned to his senses. The gravity of just what had happened sunk in immediately. Kind of like.. oh, shit. He tensed, turning to spectate the Angel's interest in his dearest uncle. Uh oh. Whatever she was doing [or going to do] it couldn't be good. It didn't make sense to him as to why he was unaffected while Sadi was not. What was she doing to him? Should he stop her? She [from what he could gather] obviously had the power to completely destroy him if she had such an affect on Sadi. Self preservation and the urge to assist the other sin were waging war against each other, but the first of those won itself out when those terrifyingly agony-filled screams left the Sadistic sin. Harold was in no way prepared or willing to go against something like that. It couldn't end good.
He'd backed away, and when those screams died down, the smell and sense of sin was completely gone from the vessel that had previously held Sadi. "What did you do to him?" He asked, before being able to catch himself, voice mingled with a sense of morbid curiosity and possibly, concern. It hadn't sounded good. She couldn't have actually killed him, could she? Could sins die? He'd never looked into that little detail. He could vaguely grasp a sense of an answer, like maybe it had been given to him a long time ago. What was it? He couldn't remember. "And what are you?" As doubtful as it was that he'd actually get answers, asking couldn't have been that bad of a crime. Maybe. He was already moving away from her, not at all willing to stick around in case perhaps she was planning on doing anything else.

Pain blossomed in the center of his forehead and wrapped tightly around his cranium, digging thorns into his eyes and hugging unbearable leaves against his temples. Benjamin's body was fighting against him, demanding, pleading that he surrender, resign himself to defeat he was resisting with every ounce of energy he had left. His vision was barely of use at that point, blurred, stinging as though the eyes had been washed with acid. He could make out the blur of red, the crimson puddle forming around his limp hand. two fingers down to their knuckle joints were gone, chewed up in the fowl mouth of the ravenous liar-beast. The index was not more than a mere nub, and the pinky was twisted at an odd angle in bowing under the strength of the jaws. Only the thumb was spared and even it was painfully numb. Would he not die of his torture, he would certainly die of his wounds, but thank the graces that he was not a mere human, even his slight advantage was enough to see to his survival...for the moment.
His neck grew too weak to hold his head, and so he bowed forward, shoulders haunched but relaxed, and the pain burst forward against the front of his head. Just as he felt the collapse, however, he was suddenly enlightened by a burst of pure strength. The kindness, the gentle angelic light he had for so long abstained from in his mortal frame...Slowly his gaze lifted towards the dazzling source, unafraid of its power but all the same mystified. This was true God light, embodied by the anti-sin herself, and it was giving him power. The aches in his body were soothened and he found it within himself to stand, albeit drunkenly and shouldered with the burden of lies etched into his organs.
As he began a slow approach, Benjamin could hear the wailing and tortured cries of Sadistic--it did him no sense of victory for himself, but he felt no pity for the demon. The light finally ebbed away after so long of an intense expulsion of the sin, and the half-angel stopped short of Justice and Harold. Seil, Manipulation...they weren't in his sight at the moment, but he would proabably find just how terrible things were to be for him should Seil return and brandish the power he engraved into Benjamin. Harold's question seemed to be answered by Benjamin's blood stricken lips. "Our Lady Justice..." he whispered, for once that hard edge to his voice not more than a death in the back of his throat. She had come...what did this mean for the human realm as a whole? For a brief moment he turned a side glance onto the sin-spawn. It perhaps did not need to be said that if the brat valued his life, he'd leave the vicinity. Instead he turned full attention back onto Justice before kneeling, gaze lowered towards the ground in the respect the revered anti-sin deserved.

The ‘woman’ paused, her expression vacant and seemingly tinged with curiosity at the sight of Sadistic’s struggle, his body spasming, the very sin itself screaming as it was torn from the human host and cast through dimensions back into hell. Interesting...yes, very, but not interesting enough to hold her attention for too long.
Mind you, Harold wasn’t top of her interest list either... not even Seil made it to the top, instead she found herself focusing more on the ‘angel’, earths equivalent of one anyway... Again that pretty head of hers tilted, vibrant eyes taking in every inch of the ‘angel’ before it fell to its knees. How strange, she’d think, to have such a being bow to her. “Levis Angeli? Advenus, non nocebit amplius.” she spoke in their ‘native’ tongue, Latin... a now dead language on earth, but once it had been the voice of the Angels, the first language which they had brought to earth – Eygptian, Mayan, these too were Angelic in their way, but Latin was the human equivalent of Heaven’s own tongue.
Without even so much as a glance given to Harold, Justice moved forward, her attire and grace a strange mix to see – usually one did not envision Angels donned in white tracksuits, but the woman had found ( in her short days on Earth ) that clothes were a necessity and these were the first combat worthy item’s she’d acquired. “Surge puer.” she purred while her tall frame bent at the middle – she reached to Benjamin in much the same way she’d done to Harold, her fingers brushing across the younger angels cheek till she could slip the palm of her hand below his chin. Justice used this touch to tilt his head up, apparently caring very little about the blood and saliva – among other things – which stained the males’ skin. “You are God’s child, let us reverse this and observe how the Mother of Harold reacts to her own child wronged.” the way she spoke was... strange, it would take a while for this Anti Sin to ‘get to grips’ with ‘new english’, the old words still lingered on her tongue – though not as obviously as they had the day she’d arrived.
As her sentence finished, the hand which was free moved out in a blur to catch hold of Harold’s throat – a firm and unrelenting grip, but not one which would harm him. She need not add extra hurt to what was about to befall him... and as she stared down at Benjamin’s upturned face her eyes once again burned with that Light he’d recognised before. Except this time there was neither heat nor explosion, instead the crisp ivory gleam seemed concentrated, like a white hot flame behind each violet orb. “Untante` revorsa epite ven’ta.” her words were neither Latin nor any other human language, she spoke in the true voice of angels and every syllable was like a dagger in the darkness, the speaking of this language in such an evil drenched place made the walls themselves quake and crack, in fact, the brick and plaster around them buckled, splitting apart as if a quake had shocked it’s very foundations – but it didn’t fall to the ground, not yet.
Her voice was like ice, smooth, hard, crystal clear ice which trickled through the air to wrap around Harold’s flesh and creep like tiny sharp picks across his skin – yet Benjamin would feel the reverse of this sensation. Warmth, a soft caress of it which brought nothing but a pleasant tingle, a far cry from the pain he’d been feeling before.
If someone were to be watching, they’d first notice Benjamin’s wounds, the rancid stench of blood and bile, then, as the seconds passed they’d find themselves presented with the strange sight of his flesh re-knitting, bone cracking back into place, ligaments, veins, knuckles and skin stretching upward to fill the ‘gap’ where his digits should have been – in short, his body was healing, rebuilding itself... while Harold’s did the opposite. As Benjamin’s wounds healed, Harold’s body opened in the places the Angel had been damaged, his stomach and abdomen first, then the removed digits... and it wasn’t a fast nor painless transition either, no, Harold would feel the skin peeling back from his fingers, the muscle collapsing, blood vessels bursting and ‘burning’ as if the icy embrace he’d felt before had grown so cold that his body registered it as heat.
When finally the process was complete only twenty seconds or so had passed, Justice’s strong dark digits released Harold’s throat, she’d used the hold to keep him in place – nothing more – and no doubt during the ‘switch’ he’d been screaming... something Seil would hear of course. “Get up and fight beside me, for there are more coming and you were once of God’s warriors too, you are not weak, this mortal form cannot bind you with it’s limitations...” she purred, voice soft and harmless before her touch on Benjamin faltered as well, now Harold was the one to hold her focus – poor boy.
“The daemon has received the embrace of his birth place...” she paused again, thinking over her own words before continuing. “He rests in Infernum, hell to you.” the very slightest of smiles tugged at her lips as she recalled his second question, one Benjamin had answered for her but one she was willing to give further explanation to. “I am an Angellic being in its purest sense, I am the Good to your lineage of Evil, I am Justice.”

Better sense told him he really should be leaving; going, scramming, skee-daddling, whatever. But not standing there like he was. Curiosity kept him rooted; it'd be the death of him one day, he was sure. He didn't get a whole lot of time to think it over and consider the possibility that remaining there wasn't a smart idea. He wasn't able to jerk back in time before those fingers wrapped around his throat. Her reference to him alone was a sign he should book it; however, that plan was thwarted, and immediately he felt fear. Should he not have? He'd seen what she'd been able to do to Sadi. And whether or not Harold was loathe to admit it, Sadistic was much stronger than he was. Hands flew up to try and dislodge it momentarily, fingers tugging. What the hell was she doing?!
He only teetered on indecision a moment before voicing his thoughts. "What are you doing?" He asked, a growl working it's way into his voice in an attempt to cover up the obvious discomfort. He didn't dare to directly offend her. He was pissed and scared, not suicidal. Her words didn't make sense to him; what the hell did that even mean? Of course, when it sunk in, it was just a liiiittle bit too late, and that language he didn't recognize made him start struggling, attempting to get away from her. He hadn't gotten a good look at Benjamin, but enough to know that he sure as hell didn't want any part of this. "Let-- me--!" A lot of good this was going to do. Even when he realized it was likely useless he didn't stop trying to get away, that sensation of pain coming on sudden but slow. He held in any sounds of pain that he could at first, teeth gritted and breath held.
It didn't last too long. It was soon too much for him to remain quiet, and the sound that left out of him was a god-awful, terror and agony filled shriek that traveled through the nearby walls of the mansion. He thrashed, clawing at the hand about his neck and jerking wildly until the pain became too much for him to do so; his face contorted into a mixture between a grimace and a snarl, teeth bared and eyes narrowed and unseeing. Sin or no sin, he was still feeling the full extent of what was happening, and his throat closed off soon enough, the screaming cut short as pain misted his already unfocused orbs. This wasn't good. At all. When she released him, he crumpled backwards, landing in a heap and curling against the pain. It didn't dull, but now that it'd leveled out, he was able to breathe again, choking back another scream. A hiss took it's place, and an odd numbness crept into his body but didn't blunt the agony.
He acknowledged where Sadi was [Great, he was surely going to be pissed.] and snarled a faint retort. "Justice.." It was sarcastic, but that may've been undetectable due to the strain on his voice. He didn't say anything else, bearing the burning and aching and stabbing pains that seemed to be everywhere. He didn't feel like checking the damage. Not quite yet; every fibre of his being was hoping that Justice [and that angel brat] would leave. And soon. The purity's presence alone seemed to be doing substantial damage to the very foundation of the mansion.

A heartbeat seperate of his own seemed to pound in his ears. Benjamin was intimately aware of the sacred entity that fell before the swine of the household--they didn't deserve her prescence, and neither did he himself. Be her eyes upon him or not, he kept his gaze steady towards the ground...at the very least it kept the world from spinning, until she spoke, which prompted his attention to divert towards her directly. A look of surprise flitted upon his face, then one of understanding. The language he knew, though not to the degree he may have once utilized the heavily tongue, but nonetheless it stood to reason that she bade him rise from his inferior mental state. Again that strength flooded within him and he didn't feel quite so defeated, even if he was dirtied in both physical and emotional length.
The gentle touch upon his skin almost made his heavy eyelids slip close, as his posture demanded he relax. It was warm, comforting, both of which he'd not experienced in quite some time. That moment wasn't the time to fall peacefully; Benjamin needed to be stronger. He turned a cold gaze onto the sin-child as he was mentioned, though Benjamin highly doubted that the demon mother would care much for her spawn. His gaze flickered momentarily as the hand of smiting Justice wrapped around the teen's neck, and almost once was the half-angel tempted to speak, say anything, but he fell short at the sudden sensation of warmth crawling over his flesh. There was a tingle across his skin as though age-old blood was finally gaining passage through his veins, restoring feeling, then came the tug and push of unfolding skin. Bones were snapping back into place, sealing cracks and stitching pink body into one.
The screams again erupted, a shrill cry that crashed against his eardrums. Benjamin's second gaze towards the boy held none of the sympathy that it perhaps should have. Instead he watched in a silent cold equivilent to the throes of the anti-sin's wrath. Stupid demon should have left while he had the chance, as far as he was concerned. Hadn't Harold learned by Benjamin's example? Get out before it was too late, or else face the consequences, just as the half-angel had suffered them. As the pain released hold on his body, Benjamin stood once more, taking a place beside the angel. Justice was right--there were many within range and could strike easily, and true enough did she wield enormous power, but there was still but one of her.
"Had you been less of a prick, we wouldn't be in this position right now..." Benjamin intoned, almost sarcastic in his own right, finally giving Harold some sort of acknowledgement to the fallen boy. "There was nothing complex about revealing an exit, now was there? To deem it impossible would be ignorant. Maybe you should let go of the other angels as well...I know they're here, but I doubt they are also here by choice. Where are they?"

Couldn’t help but glance at the ‘child’ who stood by her side, the fully healed and strengthened being who had, only moments before, been on the point of physical collapse and was now speaking with all the strength he should have shown to begin with. “Prick?” a quizzical expression splayed across dazzling features then, her attention shifting to the angel for a moment. “Such... strange language humans use, this English, it does not roll off the tongue like the old languages once did...” she muttered, obviously still getting to grips with the ‘lingo’ once more... for she had in fact been to this plane of existence before – once – by accident when she was very young, she’d fallen like so many angels had done over the years... but, of course she’d spent only a short time on Earth before returning ‘home’ to rejoin the fight.
“Can you not feel them? The others... so many angels have lost their mortal embodiments here, their souls walk these halls, drowned in blasphemy and blood...and the ones alive have lost their Light to these so called Sins.” her voice was flat, uncaring and strangely serene considering the topic – these were her kin they were talking about after all! “They’re as much dead as anything can be, they cannot be saved...you, however, can be... I felt your call from the other side of the city, like a beacon, we cannot help them, we can help you...” then, in seeming slow motion, her gaze flickered back to Harold and she reached out with one long toned arm to point index finger outward, directing all attention to the Sin spawn with that small movement. “You too have Light, the Light every mortal is born with. How it has not burned out and died in you I do not know, with this... life you lead, this family you cling to... but it is there, and I can feel it, see it in your eyes and heart.” without so much as another word to the boy Justice turned, giving him her back as a form of dismissal.
“Come, half breed, we go this way... there are things that we must do before leaving this place, battles which must be fought, injustices which must be righted.” and with that the woman started to walk away, Benjamin and Harold could follow – Seil too, wherever he’d slinked off too, Justice paid no mind to them and would not acknowledge any of the Sin kind unless they posed a threat. For now she was contented in her mission, whatever that may be, and thus the gleaming warrior in white pushed into the maze of darkness . She walked like a spectre, never looking nor pausing to orient herself and in her wake there lay a path of destruction, the Mansion’s walls blistering and boiling in distaste when she passed, her footsteps leaving a trail of scorch marks on the laid out wooden floor.
